My Story

First and foremost, let me thank so many who have helped me along my journey.  I could not have made it this far without their unyielding support.  I am eternally grateful.

Before becoming a leadership coach and trainer, I spent over 30 years as a leader in the defense and national security industries; supporting various high-level, big-budget programs and sensitive activities.  In my many roles, I consistently achieved a high-level of success.  

Yet in the midst of my journey, I always found time to serve as a change agent; motivating and helping individuals, teams, and organizations to reach new ways of thinking by introducing innovative ideas, focused on changing behaviors, improving performance, and fostering growth, way beyond the status quo. 

However, it was not always easy, and let me be the first to say, I’ve certainly had my share of untimely disappointments and failures.  Yes, failures, all of which provided me invaluable lessons-learned on how to perform better and achieve more.  With unmatched drive, determination, perseverance, and with what I like to call, “pure grit,” I continued to carry-on despite what seemed like insurmountable odds.  

Rest assured, that same determination and grit, embodies INsights.  We are poised and ready to partner with you to meet and exceed any and all challenges.  Working together, we can and we will succeed.  Our Mission:  Always Possible!
