What is the price or cost for leadership coaching?
Our aim is to provide a unique coaching experience that is tailored for each individual client. As such, prices vary depending on client needs.
How long is a coaching session?
Generally, a leadership coaching session is 60 minutes in duration. However, sessions times can vary based upon an mutual agreement between client and coach.
Is a contract or a formal agreement required?
Yes, a formal contract or agreement is necessary to codify the coaching process, expectations, and relationship between client and coach. A formal agreemnt is also required for all training options.
Do you offer a complimentary consultation?
Yes, we are happy to schedule a 15 minute introductory call to answer any questions you may have about our capabilities, processes or services.
Do you offer 1-on-1 leadership training?
While our leadership training is usally offered to groups or teams, we can certainly accomodate your request by tailoring a training package for your specific needs.
Are payments for services required in advance?
A retainer may be required. However, the timing/frequency, method, and payment process is agreed upon in the coaching or training contract.
